We will ever be grateful for the love & care he was given whilst with you, love to you all especially those in Bishops Waltham Unit.
Just a few words to say how much I have appreciated the kindness from you & your staff. You always helped me & always had time to talk when I needed advise, but especially during X’s last days I was able to be with him, thanks for you consideration of me.
Thank you for you devoted care of X over the year he spent with you. We know he was very happy staying at The White House & was fond of you all.
I would like to thank you personally for all the wonderful & respectful care you show towards my Mum & all the other residents, in a very challenging job with all deifferent types of forms of dementia. I truly appreciate what you do caring for her & all the other residents.
I would just like to say thank you so much for the gentle & sensitive way you handled X’s situation yesterday I really did appreciate it.
