Assistant Gardener ! - The White House Easter Bunnies !

We Welcome:

  • Visitors at any time
  • Positive, constructive feedback to assist us in ongoing improvements in our practice
  • Relatives’ participation in care of their loved ones if they wish.

Our Principals and Values are:

  • Whilst we provide a high level of care and security, we still maintain full recognition of the individuals’ rights to be in control of their own life. To ensure a homely, safe and caring environment for residents, without being over protective.
  • To acknowledge the right to individuals’ privacy, offering dignity and respect, assisting them to maintain independence for as long as they choose to live at The White House.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of the changing needs of residents, staff and management, ensuring training and support are in place to assist all in this process.
  • Involve everyone, wherever possible and appropriate, to ensure we are all working toward the same aim.
  • Continue to maintain good relationships with the community and other professionals.
  • Not to become complacent, to continue to be innovative, striving for consistency, quality and professionalism.
  • Thus enabling us to be leaders in providing an excellent service to the people, who for whatever reason are now unable to live in their own homes.
